This episode of the Qandid Qatar podcast features the CTO of Meddy, Yasser El-Sayed. Meddy is a GCC-based doctor appointment booking platform. Those who download or use Meddy have the ability to look for medical resources and book doctors appointments in Qatar, as well as regions of the UAE. Yasser has been working his way up through this company from its very start. In 2017, Yasser graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. Today, Yasser is 24 and the CTO of Meddy. Together, we discuss how this platform has taken off from the beginning, its initial conceptualization, and how its popularity has been affected post COVID-19 restrictions.
