Ep 8: Dance Shikha Dance

This episode we are joined by Shikha Chauhan, a multi-talented woman. Shikha is a teacher at the MES Indian school in Qatar, a gymnast, and a dancer. She was one of the top 100 contenders on Dance India Dance, a widely popular dance show in India in which thousands of people participate. Tune in to this episode to hear about Shikha’s journey through dance, and learn about how she incorporates gymnastics, dancing and teaching into her daily life.
